Mr. David Burns, age 62 of Horton, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021 at St. Vincent's East.

He is survived by his wife – Carol Burns; daughters – Ashley and Ryan Hutchens, Megan Collins, Shiloh Burns, Abigail Burns, and Dixie Burns; grandchildren – Dawson Bailey, Miley Hutchens, Chloe Harper, Brantley Collins, and Posie Best; parents – James and Omie Burns; and brothers – Moose Burns (Jame Ray), Daniel Burns, and Eddie Burns.

Mr. Burns is preceded in death by his brothers – Johnny Burns and Twig Burns.

The family has elected cremation.  A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later time.
