Mr. Horton loved being outdoors and attended New Home Church.
He is survived by his son - Jeremy Horton; brother - Willis and Carol Horton; brother - Wingo Horton; brother - Dennis and Debbie Horton; and a Host of Nieces and Nephews.
Mr. Horton is preceded in death by his parents - John and Blanche Adams Horton and sister - Shirley Faye Clifton.
Brother Mark Scott conducted funeral service Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 11:00am from The Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home. Interment followed in the Douglas Cemetery.
Pallbearers: David Birchfield, Ryan Horton, Joey Law, James Casey, Michael Elrod, and Tony Phillips.
