Mrs. Carolyn Ann (Eller) Phillips, age 76 of Snead, passed away Friday, October 20, 2023 at Marshall Medical Center South.

She is survived by her son – Mark Heard; daughter – Kristy Duke (Michael); step-daughter – Tina Buse; grandchildren – Brooklyn Danielle Heard, Cody Heard (Jade), and Damon Blade Dempsey; step-grandson – Brandon Buse; great grandchildren – Brentley Alan Heard and Conrad Clayton Alan Heard; and brother – Bill Eller (Sarah).

Mrs . Phillips is preceded in death by her husband – Tony Michael Dion Phillips; parents – Hershel Corbitt and Jewell (Compton) Eller, and sisters – Shelby Jean Smalley and Patsy Lee Mulinax.

Brother Mark Scott will conduct the Funeral Service on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 12:00 PM at The Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery. Mrs. Phillips will Lie-In-Repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Wednesday from 11:00 AM until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be – Family and Friends.
