Mr. Calvin Edward Putman, Jr., age 84 Blountsville, AL passed away Friday, January 11, 2019 at Compassus Hospice in Birmingham, AL.

He is survived by his wife - Shirley Putman of Blountsville, AL., 5 children, 5 step-children, numerous grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, his sister - Margaret Milam (Bobby), his sister - Lucy Goolsbey, his sister - Nadra Strickling (James), and his brother - Jonathan Putman.

Mr. Putman is preceded in death by his parents - Calvin Edward, Sr., and Margaret (Baker) Putman.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Mt. Tabor Cemetery.  Mr. Putman will Lie In Repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Tuesday from 11:00 AM until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
