Mrs. Bonnie Peterson Lyles, age 91 of McLarty, Alabama, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025. She was born on July 17, 1934, to Edgar Lee Peterson and Ruth McLendon Peterson. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gordon Lee Lyles; her son, Randy Lee Lyles, and her sister, Libby Bell.

Bonnie is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Allen M. (Marty) and Cynthia Lyles; her granddaughters and grandsons-in-law, Shanna and Barry Mashburn, Alecia and Brooks Hamilton, and Paige and Keith Hutchens; her great grandchildren, Bryar and Lily Mashburn, and Jessi, Luke, and Cole Hutchens; and her step great grandchildren, Braci Gatlin and Brett Hamilton.

Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Two o'clock pm at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church with Brother David Poole officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The visitation will be on Sunday, January 4, 2026, from One o'clock pm until service time, at the church.

Brooks Hamilton, Barry Mashburn, Keith Hutchens, Bryar Mashburn, Luke Hutchens, and Cole Hutchens have been asked to serve as Pallbearers.
