Mrs. Bonnie Jones, age 87 of Blountsville, AL., passed away Friday, August 26, 2016 at UAB Hospital.

Mrs. Jones was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Blountsville, a member of the Alfa Womens Committee, and was married to Glenn Jones for 69 years.

She is survived by her husband - Glenn Jones of Blountsville; her son and daughter-in-law - Claja and Rhonda Jones of Blountsville; her son and daughter-in-law - Allen and Connie Jones of Blountsville; her grandson and wife - Matt and Christina Jones of Blountsville; her grandson - Chris Jones of Blountsville; her grandson and wife - Houston and Savannah Jones of Blountsville; her granddaughter - Hannah Jones of Blountsville; her great granddaughter - Presley Cole Jones of Blountsville; her step grandchildren - Meagan Kehlenbrink of Hayden, Scott Brown of Blountsville, and Kelsey Brown of Blountsville; her step great granddaughter - Kabri Kehlenbrink of Hayden; her sister - Joan Phillips of Gadsden; her sister and brother-in-law - Brenda and Mike Jackson of Memphis; her sister - Carolyn Owens of Snead; her sister - Elaine Neese of Louisiana; and her sister - Ramona Harman of Oneonta.

Mrs. Jones is preceded in death by her father - Jim Stevenson and her mother - Lula Mae Dean Stevenson.

Randy Burtram and Charles Brown will be guest speakers at the funeral service to be held Monday, August 29, 2016 at 11:00am at The Chapel of the Snead Funeral Home. Following the funeral service Mrs. Jones will be escorted to Antioch Baptist Church where she will lie in repose for 1 hour before being laid to rest at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The Jones Family will receive friends at Snead Funeral Home Sunday from 4:00pm until 7:00pm and Monday from 8:00am until funeral time.

Matt Jones, Chris Jones, Houston Jones, Ronald Jones, B.J. Freeman, and Sean Jackson will serve as pallbearers. Hannah Jones, Jeff Harmon, and Don Jones will serve as honorary pallbearers.
