Mr. Billy Allen Harper, age 60 of Susan Moore, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at Marshall Medical Center South in Boaz.

He is survived by his wife – Kelley Harper of Susan Moore; his sons – Rocky Harper of Susan Moore and Billy 'Bubba' Harper (Stacey) of Susan Moore; his step-sons – Daniel Thomason (Angelica) of Altoona and David Harper (Holly) of Royal; his grandchildren – Harris Harper, Baylie Harper, Kaden Harper, Kenzie Harper, Shelbylin Harper, Brier Harper, Nikoli Thomason, Evie Thomason, Phobe Thomason, Lexie Harper, and Paisley Harper; his father – Billy F. Harper of Susan Moore; his brother – Jeff Harper (Vinnie) of Susan Moore; his sisters – Sherry Elaine Harper of Susan Moore and Jeanne Smith (Barry) of Hokes Bluff; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Mr. Harper is preceded in death by his mother – Shelby Harper; his daughters-in-law – Mallori Harper and Tiffany Harper; his niece – Crystal Smith; and his nephew – Keith Harper.

Brother Matthew Fallin and Brother Barry Smith will conduct the Funeral Service on Sunday, August 23, 2020 at 2:00 PM at The Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Wynnville Cemetery. Mr. Harper will Lie-In-Repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Saturday from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM and Sunday from 12(noon) until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be – Shane Harper, Rex Harper, Brandon Smith, Shelbylin Harper, John Paul Hendrix, Harris Harper, Baylie Harper, Brier Harper, Lexie Harper, and Shayla Smith.
