Mr. Billy Eugene Elrod, age 92 of Horton, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife – Ramona NeSmith Elrod; daughter – Janice Greene; grandchildren – Zara Greene (Randy Clark), Logan Greene (Amanda), Cody Elrod, and Brandy Nicole Elrod; great grandchildren – Brad Wright, Zane Wright, Brayden Greene, Gabriel Greene, Jorden Goodwin, Destinie Reneae Gilley, Nathan Cole Elrod, Kaylynn Marie Elrod, and Dominic Alexander Elrod; siblings – Robbie Harper, Charles Elrod, Max Elrod, and George Elrod (O'Gatha).

Mr. Elrod is preceded in death by his son – Danny Elrod; parents – Cleo and Estelle (Norris) Elrod; and siblings – Etsel Elrod, Barbara Nell Harper, and Ray Elrod.

Brother Glen Stewart will conduct the Funeral Service on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 2:00 PM at The Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.  Mr. Elrod will Lie In Repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Thursday from 1:00 PM until Funeral Time.

Pallbearers will be his family and friends.
