Mr. Billy Wayne Davis, age 89 of The Mt. Hebron Community, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his family.

He is survived by his wife – Jean Davis; daughters – Jana Wier (David) and Tammye Whited – Rush (Danny); granddaughter; Jami Jackson (Jason), Tiffanie Vincent (Jason), Breann Scott (Eric), and Brittany Ivey; great grandchildren; Clay Wier, Davis Jackson, Kalob Vincent (Maddie), Eric Vincent, Alec Scott, Lyla Scott, Owen Scott, Rose Scott, and Sophie Ivey; great-great granddaughter – Adeleine Vincent; sister – Phyllis Mayo; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Davis is preceded in death by his son – Brent Davis; parents – Eston Eli and Ilava (Snead) Davis; and siblings – Ruth Ray, Jim Davis, Gwin Davis, and Gail Larue.

Brother Curtis Hawkins will conduct the Funeral Service on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 11:00 AM at The Graveside at Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends, at Snead Funeral Home, Saturday from 10:00 AM until 10:30 AM.

Pallbearers will be – David Wier, Danny Rush, Clay Wier, Davis Jackson, Kalob Vincent, Jason Jackson, Jason Vincent, and Eric Scott.

Honorary Pallbearer will be – Eric Vincent.

In Lieu of Flowers the family suggests donation be made to Marshall Cancer Care Center; 11491 US Hwy 431, Albertville, AL 35950 in Memory of Mr. Davis.
