Mrs. Betty Bryant, age 72 of Douglas, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014, at Riverview Regional Medical Center in Gadsden.

Mrs. Bryant is survived by her

Husband: Earl Bryant, of Douglas, AL

Son: James Earl Bryant (Pam) of Painter, AL

Daughter: Diane Davis (Van) of Snead, AL

Grandchildren: Michael Lawson, Jimmy Lawson and Daniel Bryant

Siblings: George W. Garner (Emmalene) of Needmore, AL

James Evans, Jr. (Jan)

Peggy Wilson (Rudy)

John Garner (Gloria) of South Carolina.

Willis Langston and Therman Reagan will conduct the 3 P.M. Funeral Service Saturday, March 8, 2014 at the Chapel of Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery. Mrs. Bryant will Lie In State, at Snead Funeral Home, Friday from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and Saturday from 8:30 A.M. until service time.

Pallbearers will be: Jimmy Lawson, Michael Lawson, Daniel Bryant, John Ray, Cletus Padgett, George Ray Garner.

Mrs. Bryant is preceded in death by her parents: Andy and Flora Mae (Martin) Garner.
