Mrs. Bertie Nimon Key, age 93 of Snead, AL., passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Diversicare in Oneonta.

Mrs. Key is survived by her nephew – Larry Dodd of Snead, AL., her niece – Brenda Boothe of Pensacola, FL., her nephew – Smokey Womack of Snead, AL., as well as a host of Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Great-Great Nieces and Great-Great Nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents – Bill and Otha (Gibson) Nimon, her sister – Josephine Dodd, her sister – Pauline Pate, her sister – Janette "Janie" Pyran, her niece – Jean Dodd Womack, and her niece – Deborah Dodd Smith.

Brother Jeremy Thompson will conduct the Funeral Service Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 2:00 PM at The Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Blount Memory Gardens.  Mrs. Key will Lie In Repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Sunday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM.

Pallbearers will be – Ross Thompson, Tim Womack, Matt Womack, Chris Laughlin, Kenneth Laughlin, and Ronnie Boothe.

Honorary Pallbearer will be - Jeremy Umphrey.
