Mr. Bernard Henry Daugette, age 92 of Altoona, AL., passed away Monday, December 11, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Daugette was a founding member of Whispering Hope Church of Boaz and was employed by the Town of Walnut Grove for five years.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law - Wayne and Wanda Daugette of Boaz, AL., his daughter - Sherry Pierce of Altoona, AL., and is daughter and son-in-law - Gail and Robert Hafley of Altoona, AL.; 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; his son-in-law - Stanley Hogeland of Oneonta, AL.; and his daughter-in-law - Frankie Daugette of Altoona, AL.

Mr. Daugette is preceded in death by his wife - Inez Daugette; his daughter - Patricia Hogeland; his son - Joe Daugette; his grandson - Adam Bryant; his parents - George Henry and Beulah Alice (Bailey) Daugette; 2 brothers and 5 sisters.

Reverend Josh Brodgon, Ethan Brogdon and Larry Alderson will conduct the Funeral Service on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hafley Family Cemetery in Altoona, AL. Mr. Daugette will lie in repose, at Snead Funeral Home, Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time.

Pallbearers will be - Robert Hafley, Brad Crosby, Wayne Morgan, Troy Allensworth, Jeff Crosby, Jason Crosby, and Terry Smith.

Honorary Pallbearers will be - Dr. Cecil Yancey, Jr. and Autry Works.
