Mrs. Annie B. "Polly" Smith, age 87 of Walnut Grove, AL., passed away Friday, January 15, 2016 at her residence.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Wayne and Patsy Smith of Walnut Grove, AL.; her daughter: Diane Gillilan of Walnut Grove, AL.; 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and her daughter-in-law: Donnie C. Smith.

Polly is preceded in death by her husband: Roy D. Smith; her sons: Raymond Smith and Glenn Smith; her father: William Henry Belton Ragan; her mother: Thelma Lois Harper; and her brothers: Paul, Buck, and Pete.

Fred Keener will conduct the funeral service on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at 2:00pm at The Chapel of Snead Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Mrs. Smith will lie in state at Snead Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00pm until funeral time.

Justin Smith, Jon Smith, Jason Smith, Melton Terrell, Russell Gentry, and Josh Dunn will serve as pallbearers.
